Our Mission

To champion co-living as a practical, community-centered solution to the housing affordability crisis, the environmental cost of how we build, and the loneliness epidemic reshaping American life.

Our Vision

Neighborhoods where housing is affordable, resource-efficient by design, and built so that connection with the people around you is the default — not a lucky accident.

Our Mission

The Three Causes We Serve

Co-living is not a single-issue solution. It works because it addresses affordability, sustainability, and isolation at the same time.

Affordability

Housing costs have outpaced wages for a generation. Co-living lowers the barrier to safe, quality housing by sharing rent, utilities, and amenities — so more people can afford to live where they work, study, and build a life.

  • Shared rent and utilities
  • Access to quality neighborhoods
  • Attainable path to stable housing

Sustainability

Individual households duplicate appliances, energy use, and square footage. Shared, resource-efficient living reduces the per-person footprint of housing while keeping the comforts of home intact.

  • Lower per-capita energy use
  • Efficient use of urban land
  • Reduced material waste

Ending Social Isolation

Loneliness is a public health crisis. Intentionally designed common spaces, shared meals, and community programming turn neighbors into a support network and make belonging the default.

  • Designed-in daily interaction
  • Shared meals & community rituals
  • Built-in support networks

Transparent Governance

Open reporting and accountability to the communities we serve.

Tax-Deductible Giving

Donations support housing research, education, and program delivery.

Community-First

Every decision is measured against the well-being of residents and neighbors.
